On 11th September our Year 11 students pioneered the first Global Leadership Network ‘next gen’ conference in the UK. The student management team planned the whole event in their first meetings of the new academic year. We were privileged to have guests Krish Kandiah OBE, Steve and Angie Campbell, leaders of GLN in the UK and Tom Neill-Eagle founder of plinth. Through live and video presentations our students reflected on their talents and their leadership.
A lot of fun was had in team building activities. In the last session students put together plans for the year to improve their provision in school. All students were a real credit to Philip Morant School and their contributions are very valued and will shape the year ahead.
